The Lake House Inn does sound nice, but I think it can only accomodate 20 guests, including the bride and groom.

The ballroom can accomodate up to 300 guests for a reception.
It is very expensive for a peak Saturday. However we are considering a Sunday which is a lot less expensive. On Sunday there is an option of not taking the overnight guest rooms which makes the pricing comparable to most area venues. For me I am thinking I would rather get married at a beautiful place on Sunday than settle on the venue for a Saturday wedding. I hope we will be able to decide soon. PM me and I will share the pricing I recently received from them.
